• Guest data: when guests RSVP through your invitation, we collect the information they provide — such as their name, email, phone, attendance status, dietary requirements, plus-one details, song requests, messages they include or any other detail they enter.

Crash and diagnostic information

We may collect crash reports, device information, browser or app version, operating system details, error logs, and similar diagnostic data to help us detect, investigate, and fix technical issues with the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
• Process payments and manage your account.
• Generate and host your digital wedding invitation so your guests can view and respond to it.
• Track RSVPs and present attendance data in your dashboard.

• Invitation guests: the content of your invitation (names, date, venue, photos, schedule, etc.) can be viewed according to the access control settings you choose for that invitation.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the content, practices, security, or availability of these third-party services.

• RevenueCat: payment processing and purchase management.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information and invitation content for as long as you maintain an account with us. Invitations remain online until you choose to unpublish them or delete your account.

Guest RSVP data is retained as part of your invitation until you delete the invitation or your account. You may request deletion of specific guest data at any time by contacting us.

Analytics and usage data may be retained in an anonymized, aggregate form indefinitely.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
